Hmmm, I don't know. Seems really well thought out, awesome intro story but somehow it doesn't click together for me. The mechanics seem a bit hard to fathom, I think just because there are too many resources. I feel like if I learned more I could figure out how to have a winning strategy, but as it is it seems like an abstract math equation that I have to just keep adding the right icons at the right times and all will be well. Not sure about this one, I feel like I'm being unfair or something because I don't understand how to play effectively... (Eg., how can I produce carbon?)

This is an interesting idea, but the gameplay feels too complex. There are tons of stats to keep your eye on, and I constantly ran low on lipids... As soon as enemies started to appear I quickly ran out of ATP too and gamed over, don't know what's up with that. Perhaps entertaining if you're into statistical management sims, but not really a game for me (although it's dangerously close to that People game which I really love, so that's strange...)

Could've been a good game with a little tweeking. It's difficult even to make the first level.

Cool. Very complex for a 48 hour game.

Nice story =). I kept losing on the wimpy level .. kept running out of ATP, and didn't have enough carbon to build more mitochondria (which is also the only thing producing carbon, in small amounts ..). I know very little about cells, and what little I do know is not in english, so all those alien names and what requires what was a little confusing at first, but when I got the hang of it it was kinda fun. It would have been nice if the game displayed the production/consumption balance in the cell (ATP -5, Sugar +1, Waste -1, etc) in addition to the current amounts.

Hard to get into, but then it is fun for long time. Funny idea about the germ.

The only reason I'm giving this a 1 in Fun is because it's a game that demands a lot of patience for celluar biology and long-term resource balancing. I tried it and was hating it in moments because I knew exactly what the game was about but it wasn't presenting the challenge in an interesting way(ha ha, you wasted too much ATP...tell me that before I lose). I let my brother try it a little later, and he eventually succeeded in conquering wimpy mode, but it took forever and multiple tries at reading the instructions. It's not a bad concept, and it could even be worked into a professional game that aims to teach biology facts, but it's hardly a fun 48hour game.

It's like learning... hurts my brain. But very cool idea. Looks well thought out and put together.

After I'd got past the initial "WTF am I doing?" this wasn't too bad. It's a little slow for my taste but I still wanted to complete a few levels, so it's got quite a one-more-go factor to it. Graphics are nice and organic too, and it uses the theme well. However the red on black text is *really* difficult to read which is a shame as you really do have to pay attention to all the (rather long) text.

I like the intro text, about the astroid and that. Always nice when a 48h game has got a story! I didn't find the game very fun, but maybe I'm just bad at it. Seems that there's no way to recover carbon when below 100 of it and when having no mitochondriers (or whatever is the word, I never was a big fan of biology)?

I had to force myself to learn the rules for this game but once I was up and running I could see that it is a nicely balanced strategy game. And I learnt something about alien bacterium psychology.

I like this one! My suggestion: add an indicator of how things are currently moving on each nutrient. For example "Nitrite <<< 745" means Nitrite is at 745 and dropping rapidly, "Nitrite 68 >" means Nitrite is at 68 and rising slowly. Straight out of Guild Wars! As it is now, you have to watch them change, which is really tough. It'd also be nice if there were less nutrients to think about in the first place, but I got into it anyway, and even passed the super easy level.

Very interesting concept, although I couldn't get past the first level. A few tutorial levels that tell you exactly what to do would be nice, because reading the help was confusing.

Unique idea. Fits the theme nicely. Bit unfinished outlook.

Addicting, but way too hard, even in Wimpy mode, so I didn't even bother trying Easy. I like games where you learn something while you play, so I urge you to continue on this game. Some visual clues about your cells statistics would be nice, especially for the waste level, which can kill you much too fast.

It's a pretty realistic cell simulation game but it lacks a "hook factor" though. Too much time spent analyzing various numbers and stats while trying to figure out what was best to build. I've only been able to beat the easiest difficulty. You can also get stuck permanently in this way: say you need more X, but the only thing that produces X costs X (which you do not have) and you are forced to restart.

I had to wait a lot on resources, the gameplay wasn't very smooth.
