Surely time in base 12 would be much nicer?

The best things to do, of course, would be to change hours and so to fit well with a decimal system (or better yet, a binary, octal or hexadecimal), like having 10 hours in day, with 100 minutes, or whatever. That kind of change is pretty big, though, so...
What about keeping the current system, but using base 12 instead? It'd look much more neat! 12, 24 and 60 would in base 12 be 10, 20 and 50. See? Much neater. Preferably, 1 to B would be used as numbers. 100 would not be so nice, though, but how often would you use it? Seconds are good enough most of the time.
